    Tire Grip and Wear

    The standard PZERO tire has very good dry grip and acceptable wet grip. For a fairly soft compound tire (DOT Tread Wear Rating of 220) these also wear well. Ride is firm but not harsh unlike the RFT's. RFT = Run Flat Tire. Wears much better than the PZERO Rosso.

    Run Flats damage easily

    I purchased a set of staggered for my car. My only and biggest issue with the tire is it damages very easily. The Run Flat is very sensitive to bumps, potholes, and everyday road imperfections. I have to replace 1 to 2 tires every 5,000 miles because eventually the tires will get a bubble and then the bubble will turn into a larger issue. The tires brand new for 19 inch wheels run above $400 per tire. It is ridiculous that Pirelli cannot make a stronger tire that can withstand bumps at 50 mph. I understand potholes are damaging but bumps and minor road imperfections can also damage these tires. You also have to watch how you are driving over speed bumps.

    Satisfied mutliple repeat customer

    Needed to match tread wear to replace low profile inner side wall bubble damage. As usual, UT had multiple opptions of my mfg unique OEM tire, and shipped to home 2 days after placing order. Tire is mounted and looks like new. I ve use UT to replace singles or all 4 tires, for several of my cars, over the past decade. I have picked up locally, but find ship to door the most convenient and least expensive option. Thanks.
