The Picture of the item was 10 4TB drives. I was expecting to get 10 4TB drives, and I received 1. The seller did ship very promptly. And when I initially reached out, he was very responsive. He did offer to do a return, but the shipping of the item made that cost prohibitive since it was going from the US back to Egypt. According to the USPS agent, it was sent to the wrong town (that even does not exists in the USA) and he wrote the wrong zip code also. In fact, he refused to help me because he lives in the USA, but the item was sent from Egypt (therefore, he can not visit Egyptian post office).
