      Bachmann DCC ready Vanderbilt Tender

      Excellent Alternative to standard rectangular Bachmann DCC ready tenders. Loaded with nice details. Perfect for oil fired steam locomotives. Nicely proportioned for small and light steamers (2-8-0 & light 2-8-2s). The only negative feature is it is only compatible with DCC ready Bachmann steam locomotives. It will not function with either Bachmann DCC engines or plain Bachmann DC locomotives. IT will, however, work with IHC and other brands that do not use tender pick up for their engines to run. Over all, a really nice product.

      Nice tender!

      As a Southern Pacific modeler I wanted modelsof their different locomotive tenders to change out behind steam locomotives. This model has not been available in brass or plastic and a welcome find. The model is typical Bachman Spectrum quality, in a word, fantastic.
