Contacted seller that I would rather have a partial refund than the hassle of taking back out of my setup and repacking and returning and seller finally agreed to a partial refund. Took a week and me contacting the seller twice (seller says he has been sick) but finally got a partial refund and seller added to the initial amount for the delay, which I appreciate and feel is more appropriate than the initial offer. Otherwise, so far, the player works fine.
