A practical blend of the most useful elements of both traditional and new linguistic grammar, the text emphasizes whole structures, most specifically the ten basic sentence patterns introduced in Chapter 2. Two key features separate this book from others: its clear organization and its user-friendly, accessible language. Both students and teachers appreciate the self-teaching quality that incremental exercises provide throughout the chapters, with answers at the end of the book.

- m***s (10988)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseSuper smooth transaction all the way around from a super seller. Communication in the form of a tracking number. Shipping was lightning fast in bubble packaging protecting the CD in side which was in good condition. The CD was as described and in good appearance, and well worth the value playing very well. Highly recommend seller as one of the best on eBay and a must use. If the opportunity arises to purchase from again I will do so without hesitation and suggest you do the same.
- _***_ (1529)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseWorld of books is a good company. I thought their prices were fair. As listed, the cd is in very good condition & it sounds fantastic. Also listed, the cd case looks worn. However, the case wasn't listed as being cracked, and it did not look cracked in the listing. But, it was cracked when i took it out of the brown paper envelope w no padding that it was shipped in, which is how it cracked. Their shipping is slow. My order arrived in 12 days. I appreciate their quick replies to my questions.
- 1***. (240)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseOverall, good transaction. The item arrived exactly as described and matched the listing well, so no complaints there. Shipping wasn’t particularly fast, it took a little over two weeks to arrive, but it did eventually show up. My only real issue was the packaging, which left a bit to be desired. It could have been handled more carefully to better protect the item during transit. That said, everything arrived (mostly) intact, and I’m satisfied at this price point. Thanks!
