Item was packaged very well, arrived exactly as described, and the price was phenomenal. I can't hold shipping against them as it seems as if USPS had a hiccup, but it was shipped by the seller very quickly (same day).

Seller communicated with me the entire time to try to figure out what happened. After a month I requested a refund and seller immediately responded. I look forward to grabbing something else from their shop to make up for the lost stock. 10/10 seller. You would do well to buy from them

Console was as-described and was indeed working. Arrived a little faster than I was expecting too. Only real complaint is the Console wasn't factory reset but not particularly an issue on Xbox as it's easy to reset yourself.
