Best performance tire under 400$
These tires have amazing dry grip and are extremely quiet at speed. I was shocked coming from Pirelli pzero neros that these were just as good in the dry, and even better in rain and slick conditions! I paid 260$ shipped for 235 40 18 and that was about as cheap as one of the Pirellis I had. They rode better than the Pirellis and honestly felt like a better tire the more I drove them. Put 12k miles on them and I'm still far above 70% wear with a heavy foot. I'm sure these will get me 35-45k miles at this rate! Car I put them on is a 2017 jetta gli and the tires really made the car feel responsive and planted while not sacrificing comfort or tire noise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great 3 season performance on a budget! May not be a better track tire than the federal 595s but I got 9k miles out of my federals... Forget about expensive name brand tires.
These Achilles tires replaced Bridgestone potenza’s on my CTS-V. The Achilles ride and perform just as good if not better then the potenza’s. Which are $800+ for a new set. Alot cheaper than Pirelli brand
This tires are 21" and not very common they came custom on my 2011 Camaro SS2 Pirelli at over $400 a piece! These Achilles are over 60% cheaper and get about the same mileage so I recommend them and they perform about the also!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great tire especially for a low cost.
I have been using the Achilles Sport 2 for a few years now in drifting, daily driving, occasionally drag and auto x. It is a well-rounded performance tire that I would compare to Nitto in how it feels.
