I had to message the seller to see the status of shipping twice but did recieve a timely response both times. The box came duct taped and my item does not look new. One of the window bars were broken, possibly from seller zip tying it to the truck. Besides that it works as it should just had to wipe it down to clean it before giving it to my son.Chevrolet Red Truck 4 By 4 With horse Trailer Toy (#305968914179)
