The buyer chose to open the sealed pack instead of requesting a return. Once a pack is opened, it is no longer possible to confirm its factory condition. Claiming that the pack was "resealed" just because it did not contain rare cards is incorrect - booster packs are randomized, and not every includes rares. Leaving such a review after breaking the seal creates a false impression and does not reflect the actual product sold.
