I have Rosacea and this is the best product hand down to keep my face/skin from becoming red, blotchy, and breakouts from happening. It is a gel and you only use a small amount (pea size drop) on your hands to clean your entire face, neck area, and ear area. It works up a small lather that feel very refreshing once your face is rinsed and dried. The 6.8 oz tube it comes in last a long time (over a year). Great product that delivers everything it claims!!
