    The seller took until the last day of handling time to ship via a dropbox, which took extra time to get picked up. The seller didn't mention delays; I only got info by messaging first. The doll was packaged in bubble wrap that didn't fully cover her & brown paper w/tape over it. This is unacceptable. The doll had stains & her hair was thinned out at one spot, which weren't pictured/described. Only good was the seller giving me a partial refund to help fund the trip to the doll hospital.
