My 12,000 BTU pioneer
Received the unit in good condition. Had it Installed in two days due to lack of proper flaring tool. Quality seems to be there but only time will tell. Instructions weren’t too bad to understand. Only have had it running for three days but blows very cold at 38 degrees F and achieved 125 degrees on heat mode at low fan speed. Can not hear the evaporator fan at slow speed and mildly quiet at high speed. Outside unit fan is also quiet and is well built. I opted for a 25’ line set which came with the copper lines, control cable and misc install materials. What I found odd was the condensation hose was not long enough at 16ft. The hose only reached about 3/4 down the wall of my two story home. I called and enquired to be told the hose that was sent is always a standard 16’ of which I explained didn’t make sense considering I ordered a 25’ line set. They did not hesitate to send me two additional 10’ sections at no cost, but it was just the fact that I couldn’t complete the job without them. All is good and I’m very happy with my purchase and recommend High Seer and their products.

Pioneer mini split heat pump
I've purchased around six of these units and they have performed above my expectations. It's hard to believe how efficient they are even during severe cold weather conditions. this is my second one I installed in my house.....the $ saved in one year should pay for both of them..I installed them myself and had local hvac guy come out and pull vacuum and check install....just follow instructions,, not too difficult to do.....fantastic systems....quite. efficient and clean...Wife has lyme and needed to eliminate as many odors in house as possible....even the smell fro central air and heat made your worse....these have helped a lot...no vents, no odors....building new house next year and these will be my heating and cooling choice for the whole house.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I have not yet used the mini split heat pump under very hot or cold conditions, but so far it works perfectly. Looks good and runs quietly. Would like to have a air filter on the intake, but otherwise I am very satisfied.
