I opened the box carefully and removed the 6 bubble wrapped teacups. 4 were perfect. 2 were shattered. I contacted seller/sent pictures. She offered half refund on the item price. I told her of my disappointment as these 6 cups would have completed the set of China I had. Without question the seller refunded entire purchase. 5 stars!
