    I asked a question that was never acknowledged before the sale. I purchased item anyway and while shipping was prompt, it was not free, and I was non-plussed to discover that the item came in a cardboard box with no padding or packing material of any kind, and was loose to rattle around in the box. I bought the unit for parts, one of which was the plastic bowl, which thankfully arrived unbroken, despite the lack of protective materials. Good value despite the lack of effort in shipping.
