The item never came, and a refund was issued once I asked Ebay to get involved. The seller's solution was to repeatedly tell me that she tried to get an update as to when the item would be delivered. My son's studies over the summer have now been delayed 10 days unnecessarily because of this seller's arrangements with a low-quality drop shipping service.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

It is a very nice-looking laptop and of good quality and condition. When Microsoft makes it that I need another replacement I'll definitely check back with this seller.
