I got twice the ram and memory at half the price going with the refurbished option. All items came quickly, well packaged, and functioning as expected. Only complaint I could possibly have is that the stand for the monitor was very wobbly and unstable. I purchased a $20 one for Amazon to replace it .

However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th. Thanks Ron and the crew!
