Item was described as in "good" condition; I received a unit with extremely minor scuffing where the S-pen attaches magnetically to the tablet body and no other visible defects or signs of wear whatsoever, in original box with original accessories, well-packed for shipment.     I’ll start with the good: the product was received better than described. It is in flawless condition with zero visible damage. The included charger was a nice touch. Definitely good value. The packaging was sufficient without being too much. Lastly the bad: I ordered the product on a Friday early afternoon, and it did not ship until late in the day Monday. Finally, the included band DID NOT FIT the watch I purchased. Luckily I had another on hand. Overall good experience. Would buy again.

    BEST CAMERA COLOR ACCURACY TO DATE!

    I love this phone! I've had one for 7 years and it still works well, still has good battery and still fast, almost same condition like when I first bought it. Then it got contaminated with toxins, so I needed to buy a new one. At this amazing price, I bought two! I am a visual artist and requires good video quality and as of 2025, this camera's color accuracy beats the newest iPhone 16 pro max, Samsung S25 ultra, and Google pixel 9. Their colors are just off! But I'll admit, their night photography is better than this S9+, but for my needs, I don't do night photography. I need to record my art, and color accuracy is more important to me. I cannot believe the camera quality has declined over the years. It's just all marketing. Get the S9+! I also can't believe the crazy inflation. 20 ...

    Not the ideal phone

    The camera is decent and the phone is sleek. However, phone would not stop randomly dailing people every time I close the phone case. Also the swipe keyboard would end up entering some really weird words with numbers in there as if there is no autocorrect function while other times it would autocorrect for me. Certain apps were slow to respond and I was very surprised by this. The weirdest thing of all...the phone cracked without it being dropped. It was the weirdest thing I have ever seen happen to a phone. I'm still trying to figure out what happened....

    Works well with a minor issue

    Like the product. Easy to use and set up. But there is an issue with the volume of an incoming call. If 10 is loud and 1 is low, this is at .05. The only thing to do is to turn on "speaker" then the caller can be heard. Yes, I have tried all forms of increasing the volume of incoming calls while on the call and off with no change. To be honest, the person I bought this for hardly uses the "call feature" on the phone. Mostly for texting/messaging.

    Highly recommend!

    Good battery life and so many amazing features! Slow-mo camera mode is my favorite. There's also expandable storage up to 400 GB and you can even link it to Windows devices. The camera quality is much better than I expected. The phone features a 12 MP camera that's surprisingly very good in pretty much any lighting. Highly recommend for anyone that's upgrading from a Samsung Galaxy S7 or lower. Bought this one for my girlfriend as a graduation gift but honestly I might myself one.
