NIB... as in the mailing label was affixed directly to the taped up Nine West box, so it was pretty beat up when it arrived. This was a bit disappointing for me because I actually store my boots in their original boxes when I'm not wearing them. Otherwise an amazing seller with quality mech, great value and communication/customer service!
