    The item was damaged in shipping because it was poorly packaged. I contacted the seller immediately and he responded right away and suggested I make a claim with USPS. I made the claim and USPS denied the claim stating they did not cause the damage. I tried contacting the seller again after the claim was denied and he never responded. I had to wait several days for ebay to get involved and ebay allowed me to return the item for a refund. Never heard back from the seller. A month of time wasted.
