All three soap boxes were squashed and two of them were split open. Slight damage to the actual soap, but still very usable. Soap was packaged in mylar-type envelope without protection. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my buying experience, just wish the soap had been packaged better. Highly recommended!

    Not the same product.

    I have used this product for the last 5 years. Now that they made changes to this product, it no longer satisfies my lips dryness and goes on thicker. I hate it! Even the serial number has changed, Whatever the change was, it no longer has my business.

    Great Deal and New Product

    This was a great deal and I will be getting more. I have used this for many many years. I use it for a treat for my dog too. He saw me using it so much that he thinks he has to have some too so I put a small bit on my finger and he laps it up. Helps me with chapped lips and him with stomach issues. This will also get rid of worms in cats and dogs for those that didn't know that and softens their stool if they have a problem with that too.
