    Although the item package was delivered open, due to not being tape sealed, and had a large hole in the packaging where some halfwit of a post operator had stood on the item, the item was in excellent condition luckily and works perfectly. Easy to set up just as my old unit was, and Lucy was there to help immediately when I messaged about the issue to help.
