    Not your everyday light splitting maul.

    Had seen these heavier mauls for years, finally decided to try one. Price was reasonable. Handle could be a little longer. At least it makes a good dent if you want to put in a wedge. I'm not promising it takes any less hits to split a piece of wood than a lighter maul, but at least it is good exercise.

    Nice splitting maul. Weight with handle is 15 pounds. The handle is a little shorter than I prefer (I am 6'3"), but a nice quality maul.
