It's 2050. The evil Raggosians have unleashed a ruthless bacteriological attack upon Earth. Extinction has become a genuine concern for the human race. It's up to you in your spaceship, The Tempest, to rectify the situation. <br><br>In To the Earth, the salvation of the human race lies in your hands. Use your light gun to shoot down countless enemy ships as you travel the far reaches of the solar system to such planets as Uranus, Saturn, and Jupiter. And every shot counts. While you get extra energy for your ship every time you shoot down an enemy craft, you'll lose energy every time you miss or get shot. Your game ends, of course, when your ship runs out of energy. Occasionally, you'll be able to use a smart bomb, which will eliminate every enemy on the screen. You can even get a barrier shield by shooting a comet. You'll need such extra help in order to defeat all enemies, especially the bosses you'll confront at the end of each of the four stages. Your final battle will be against a mysterious alien entity known as Nemesis. You must do all you can to make sure he himself does not make it To the Earth.

    Good fun!

    I think this game is good fun. Very challenging. My heart rate goes up a little when playing as I get dive bombed from alien space craft. It's going to take some time to beat it. Always up for the challenge!
