    "Good enough" but with caveats

    All wrist BP monitors have the same problem, which is that they're spotty both in consistency and accuracy. Place it at point A, take a reading, place it 1/4" away, take a reading, the two reading won't match and sometimes they are wildly off. If you can consistently place the monitor at the same place, in the same position, at the same angle, then it's useful to compare against a "golden standard" full-cuff upper arm monitor. But it doesn't replace a standard upper arm monitor nor should it be considered an authoritative BP reading.
