    The purchase process was fine. Shipping and cost would have been okay too. However the item I received is NOT the item pictured. The item I received had stitching errors and would definitely affect the longevity of the item. You can see the heart stitching. Plus NO sticker as pictured in listing. I attempted contact with the seller twice and no response. So I initiated a return. Still no seller response. Had to wait days to get a return code.
