Good communication, but the seller won't send to my PO Box in the USA. This caused major problems with ebay's new no cancel policy on bids. So, the item might be shipped to my home and it will not be able to be delivered and will be sent back to the seller...again. The seller will still have to pay for the shipping and I will get a refund. This happened before. Ebay is super stupid sometimes now. I even called customer support and they were useless as well.

Very nice sapphire and it actually weighed 20 more carats than advertised. Shipping from India was less 2 weeks with good tracking information and also included certificate of authenticity. I highly recommend this seller.
