My washer/dryercombo came with no damage on the outside. So far machine is working well, I have washed & dried 1 load since installing. I believe it was priced high. Tried to negotiate price with seller & they did come down a bit. The machine does shake my RV some during spin cycle & really shakes during "time dry" cycle. Use Auto dry.
