    Tariffs are still separate and paid directly to DHL ( I offered to pay 50%). The parts weren't in stock and the PRICE OF THE PARTS NEVER CHANGED. They were going to be subject to a price increase but in this guys infinite wisdom he didn't understand that meant not now. Novice eBayer and cost me 50% hike in eBay fees. Seller Beware!
