      Apparently I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Looking into the problem I found alot of others with the same issue. I always viewed Klein tools as a reputable brand until I delt with this product. Very disappointing

      It works okay

      If you have to bend cable to get in your space it's hard to maneuver it to inspect the cavity. It was hard to find the app for this model. Price was good for what you get.
