There was no hardware to find. I figured that they would have me go to the hardware store and get the correct bolts and whatever else needed and reimburse for them. Nope. So I just got what was needed and installed.

I received 2 different sized pairs with the same stock number on different size boxes. After taking pictures, customer service allowed me to send back the wrong pair and refunded my money, even though buyer pays return shipping. In this case the customer service was excellent.
