When initiating a return request, they were initially hesistant but eventually worked with me until they claimed I damaged the item further after receiving it back in the mail. This experience has assured me this seller is very deceptive and will try to profit by charging absurd return costs for used products they tried to pass off as new and/or used.Follow-up from: e***n- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Dispute was resolved in my favor via eBay's customer support team after the seller tried to charge a $60 return fee for the item being used/damaged despite the return being initiated for those exact reasons. As mentioned previously, this seller appeared to try to salvage the situation on their end by profiting off a return when it was found out the item wasn't actually new and/or unused. I'd be very cautious purchasing any items off them that isn't expressly sealed or otherwise unused.

So either the item was like that before shipping (and the listing had outdated pictures), or the package wasn't protective enough (and they got damaged in transit). After contacting the seller, he blamed me for it.
