Plugged in with new power adapter, works perfectly. It's been put into a system with a 10th gen i7 processor, 96GB of DDR4 RAM, and an 8TB Samsung SSD drive. AI work is much faster now. Can definitely tell it was used by some dust on the card when it arrived, but it appears to have been blown off. It was well packaged in an anti-static bag. Highly appreciated.

Also, I thought it was not working because I was not able to get it to work on an old PC. But this was because its BIOS did not have above 4G setting. I tired it on a newer machine running Windows 11, but nvidia-smi did not recognize the card. I then tried it using Ubuntu on the newer machine, using the latest server GPU from NVIDIA website and that worked.
