    The rewinder, while well packaged, failed to operate. Notified seller, who responded quickly. After some questions and answers the seller issued a refund. Although the product was faulty I don't blame the seller as he responded quickly and courteously with a refund. I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again. Ebay needs more customer service oriented vendors like Soupcityfinds.
