Fits standard 1/2 in shower fitting threads. Easy to install with included PTFE tape and a wrench. Provides level 2 extra filtration through reduction of chlorine sulfur odors and scale. Bacteriostatic filter limits the passage or growth of bacteria that may already exist in the incoming water.

Bought for wife and she loves it.
Though the Culligan WSH-C125 shower head looks and feels somewhat cheap from the use of plastic in its construction, it delivers as promised with a variety of spray patterns and a filtration system that removes minerals from hard water. Selecting a spray pattern is also much easier than with the previous shower head. Plus, it was simple to install. (The instructions claim that it can be installed without tools, but you might want to rethink that.)

Great filter to use!
I have used these shower heads and filters for many years, I think they do an excellent job. It take the chlorine definitely out of the water! Most important it also most of the other chemicals out.
