NCAA College Football 2K3 features a complete roster of 117 Division I-A schools as players attempt to guide their team to one of 25 Bowl Games. Player models have been designed to reflect the true size of college athletes as compared to NFL players, and a Heisman Trophy race has been incorporated to honor the top performer of the year. The highlight of the game is the Legacy Mode, in which players can custom build their own athletic program and then manage their school over the course of a season. The game is endorsed by 2001 Heisman Trophy-winner Eric Crouch, who also contributed to some of the play design, moves, and audio featured on the disc.

    They didn't send me the one that was pictured Even after stating it was the last one .this one they sent me is , looks useless, missing screws and its chipped on the sides of the breaker seems pictures I paid good money for this and I didn't even used the best offer I paid what they ask I should be getting what they picture and stated it was the last one .very disappointed. This is the reason for the low feedback. The appearance of this breaker looks like it won't last .

    Ordered two dvds from this seller. Both dvds arrived in worse condition than the pictured advertised, they arrived covered in gunk and had serious box damage. When I contacted the seller explaining my situation and asked for a refund he responded rudely and didn’t take any responsibility. I would not buy from this seller as he is not an honest seller and you may or may not get what you see in the pictures.
