Better then the original
The bike seat is better then the original seat but still hurts my bottom a bit. I weight 130lbs. and have a bony butt. I went on my first ride for about 30 minutes and it went ok but the next day my bottom was sore. Its hard to tell a seat unless you actually sit on it but it does help and hopefully my bottom will get use to it. We did have to buy another seat pole in order for it to fit my bike. This is a GREAT seat. That being said, I am 70yrs old and ride 7 miles every morning. This seat has extended that ride to 10 miles. The seat installed very easily . The fit and finish are excellent. It took a few tries to get the seat adjusted just right but once done it was like sitting in a chair at home. This is a really thick wide stubby seat that when I am sitting on it feels like it should be a little longer.That said the seat is well constructed and comfortable though.I mounted mine on a motorized Mountain bicycle and the thickness added to my seat height (my feet now barely touch the ground with seat post in lowest position) but really made riding the bike a hoot with it now being way more comfy.I can now see doing an all day, 40 mile round trip ride easily sitting on this seat!
