    Shipping was fast and it was extremely well packaged (double boxed). However, the listing was not as the seller stated. This was an open box and not new. The charger was not brand new, which means I now have to go and buy a brand new one. The laptop appears new, but the quick setup paper was a bit crumpled and it did not come in the original box (none of this was stated in the listing). While the cost was good, listing it as open box would have allowed me to know what I was actually getting.
