Great Replacement, but shaft threads aren't deep enough for the blade bolt
This seems like a high quality, solid part at a great price; it looks and feels just like the manufacturer's original...with one small exception: The threads in the shaft are not deep enough to accept the 1.5" bolt that attaches the blade to the spindle; they stop about 1/4" short of being able to fit the entire blade bolt snugly. So I simply went to Home Depot and bought a 1.25" bolt which fits perfectly, and I also bought a new bolt washer while I was at it (very small cost for these items). I just finished mowing 3/4 acres and the lawn is smooth with no tracks (other than from the wheels of course). The shaft problem was a very small inconvenience to me considering that this piece is the full assembly containing both bearings, spacer, shaft, and pulley bolt (for affixing the v-belt ... The part was just like the original. It works great. The only issue is that the bolt holes were not threaded. The original was the same. You force your own threads while socketing the bolt on. Doesn't seem like a quality solution.

Perfect fit for Toro Timecutter SS 5000
I had one bad spindle on my ZT mower and needed a replacement. These were the best deal I could find on the internet that also guaranteed a quick delivery. I bought two just to have a spare. Once mounted to the deck and then attached the blade I gave it a spin and you could hardly hear it spinning. The other two OEM spindles are noisy (but also 5 years old) and surely one will go bad soon, but I'm ready when they do. It was tempting to not go back and buy another one just so I could replace all three original spindles with these.I had one bad spindle on my ZT mower and needed a replacement. the bolts were to soft to taps the holes they broke I had to get them taped at the parts house they said there were self taping bolt the spindle were 3/4" thick bad Item cost me $ and time
