    Why I like Electro-Mix

    A friend recommended this product, & after reading the label, I thought I would try it. I like the fact that it contains potassium bicarbonate (well absorbed), manganese & stevia. After using Electro Mix for almost a month now, I've noticed my heart rate has become more normal. I would get bouts of rapid, or skipped beats. Apparently, I didn't have enough of a mineral or minerals. I will continue using this product, because I like the way it works.

    Kind of bland, but recommended for its ingredients

    My nutritionist recommended it so I can get more appropriate electrolytes, etc. I'm post-op bariatric surgery. I found the flavor too bland and the packets are, as I recall, measured for a quart at a time. I'd prefer 8-20 ounce doses for a glassful or my thermos-type portable water jug. Not bad at all; just not great enough for me. I'm drinking the 5-calorie per serving Ocean Spray Cranberry-mixes instead. Low calorie and some great flavors.

    Better than water!

    Great stuff. Doesn't simply slide down like water; you can feel it being absorbed instantly. Very satisfying. Especially recommended if you've given up sugar. Because it is unsweetened, it has replaced my previous favorite, Vitalyte (whose first two ingredients are glucose and fructose). The lemon-lime flavor is pleasant and subtle (i.e. weak). It's also good to sip at night if you have dry mouth.

    Great product! Great results!

    I have chronic problem keeping my electrolyte levels up where they should be. Which is why I love this mix! I've been using this EmergenC Electro mix for 5-10 years.It's the only one that works well for me. Problems with its availability in the past year forced me to look for alternative electrolyte mixes. Bet I tried at least 6 different (and more expensive) ones and none of them worked as well as EmergenC Electro Mix. How I tell if a product works for me is if my body is able to absorb it and assimilate it. Maybe the fizzing effect helps it to absorb more quickly, I don't know. But I do not want to be without it. The 4 star rating is only because the price has gone up substantially. Product itself is definitely 5 stars.

    Stay hydrated.

    An excellent electrolyte replacement without sugar or sodium. Just add a packet to 1L of water and you have an awesome sports drink. Convenient to carry packets are much easier to deal with than dragging around numerous bottles of [insert name of pre-made sports drink here].
