    The device came exactly as promised, although it had a bit more wear than was shown in the pictures, but it's only on the bottom so it doesn't really matter. It's very clean otherwise. It was delivered in a very quick and reasonable amount of time for how far away it shipped from. My particular MacBook came with a battery cycle count of only 2, so I feel like I won jackpot. I appreciated all the detail that was given about the item in the listing, and the care that was put into the packaging.

    Overall this was a good experience. The seller shipped the item very quickly and packed safely with bubble wrap in the box. The condition is as described, if not better. My only issue is it was listed as SIM/eSIM compatible, and while it does have a sim slot, this serial number does not have WWAN antennae included. I had to buy a separate hotspot device. At the end of the day, I've had much worse experiences on ebay and this seller is above and beyond most others.

    Does everything I want

    More than adequate for anything other than heavy duty video editing use. I haven't yet tried using iMovie on it yet, but it may be sufficient for that too. The 16" screen is a big plus for me, as I like a lot of pixels to spread out on when I'm working on a complex project. Apple's Mission Control multi-desktop feature is great there too.

    Excellent computer - fast, with a large, high-resolution screen. Improved keyboard with built in HDMI port, and card reader. Magnetic quick connect/disconnect power cable attachment. Quality outer case. It is an improved MacBook Pro which incorporates some of the past features which long-time Macbook users will appreciate.

    Great Purchase!

    I originally wanted a 2019 MBP 16 because I own it before it succame to fall damage. When I saw the prices for the M1 Pro 16 however, my plans came to an immediate halt. To think that the laptop that originally cost $2500 could not be had for under $2000 for a 512 GB model, let alone a 1 TB model for ~ $1700 after taxes? That's insane! I bought my laptop in "Excellent" condition, it came true to it's listing. I expected at least one scratch due to my prior experience with so-called "excellent" or "like new" refurbished products. Not one scratch or ding. I certainly got what I paid for. A MacBook of this caliber is meant for pros or hardcore enthusiasts. I'm not a pro. I don't use it to edit 8K RAW video or do any pro editing, although I do dabble for some audio work. I would consider ...

    Awesome laptop

    This laptop replaced my old 2015 MacBook Pro, considered one of the best MacBook pros. With its 120 hertz display and variations of ports and the new M1 Pro chip it has quickly become my favorite laptop. The sound from the speakers is incredible, the display unmatched and speed of the new Apple processor unrivaled. If you need to replace an aging MacBook Pro, this is the one.
