    Just so you know - all you had to do was tell me that you weren't happy and then return the one I sent you and I would have been happy to refund your money. Then you leave negative feedback with untrue statements. All of these units came from the same collection and were bought new and sat in a Day-Timer Box for all these years - how is it that only the one you purchased is all of the sudden lesser than all the rest according to all of those who bought the other 10 or 11.
