- 2***j (645)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI purchased a set of wheels and how they came packaged was horrible...not 1 piece of protection like bubble wrap or cardboard paper for to the cushion and neither did it have a fragile or handle with care logo on the box ..the front wheel does have a slight hop and all I was told that they were tried by a special machine ..after checking the wheels ,there are some spokes that are not tight . Its hard to get in communication with the seller due to the response time is horrible .Reply from: borealis1- Feedback replied by seller borealis1.- Feedback replied by seller borealis1.We replied to this buyer immediately and asked for photos or any damage of the packaging or the wheelset. No photos were provided. We offered a full refund and the buyer doesn't appear to want this option? We believe the buyer is trying to get a discount on the product and we stated we don't negotiate, we only offer full refunds. This is when the negative feedback was provided. Beware of buyer!
