Idk if I would say refurbished, as the keyboard was really dirty and needed to be blown out and cleaned. But the computer seems to work just fine. Battery holds a charge and everything. Overall I'd give it a 8.5/10

What else can they accomplish besides acting as an email laptop? I downloaded the user manual and was surprised at the many neat things they could do. The fun began when I synchronized the Chromebook with my Google account. My main laptop was turned off, and I was able to see all of my settings on my Acer. I rate this seller/transaction A+++++!!

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business.
