    Item was as described, and seller was responsive, but there were multiple issues with how seller shipped. First, item contains a PCB with sensitive electronics, so it should have been shipped in an ESD bag, but instead seller encased PCB in staticy plastic styrofoam and wrapped the item in plastic wrap. Second, seller didn't put my complete shipping address on the item (missing house and apartment numbers) so carrier was going to return item without delivery. Seller blamed carrier.
