    FIELDPIECE SPK2 FOLDING POCKET THERMOMETER

    I use mine primarily for automotive a/c vent temp. Thermometer is quick, accurate, and easy to read. The off brand Chinese battery it came with was dead straight out of the box. Not a problem for me I use Duracell batteries.

    Fast, accurate, and easy to use thermometer.

    This Fielpiece SPK2 is a wonderful thermometer, it is very easy to use, just press the blue button and you have an immediate reading. It does not take long to measure the diffuser temperature and it is easy to hold.

    Only read to 400 degree F

    The instrument is not adequate for furnace flue testing due to measurement range limited to 400 deg f. I later learned this was intended for duct temperatures and not the flue gas. For that is should be fine. So; I will rate it 4, only because the specifications dont seem to get posted by the sellers.

    Nice product
