The item came incomplete- not as shown in the ad, it is missing pieces, broken dividers, and not at all as expected. When I reached out to the seller, instead of offering a resolution, I was given nothing but excuses. No accountability, no real effort to make it right. This is not how business should be done. Buyers beware of this seller!
