The box had been opened, but as far as I can tell, before building it, everything is there. Original 12 bags are all sealed, plus a couple of other clear bags. Some large items (wheels and fenders) were loose (and in good condition) in the box, but I don't know if that's how it comes from Lego. Overall, I'm very pleased. The price was good, and I would buy from this seller again.
