It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

I will say it is still a good deal and it's working fine now that I have it set up. They did respond quickly to my questions and shipped really fast. It is a very nice-looking laptop and of good quality and condition. When Microsoft makes it that I need another replacement I'll definitely check back with this seller.
