As soon as I received, I called them but the item I actually won was sold from under me. They provided a return label and allowed me to exchange for a different item, but waited until I returned the wrong item before shipping. Customer service was ok but honestly, the whole situation was disappointing as it's not them item I actually won/ wanted in the first place.
