Seller either did sloppy job of wrapping my computer chips, or did a poor job of packaging them, as they arrived with more damage than was necessary, or shown in listing photos. I asked seller to make it right one way or another -- she blamed it all on Post Office, said she would seek insurance, but has since clammed-up and does not reply to me. This is not the right way to treat a fast-paying customer.

    Great value RAID card, needs cooling

    Works great. Designed for a high airflow server case, so the card gets super hot (like 106C) under load (eg building the array). You will needs some external cooling for a desktop case. I just threw a $7 PCI slot fan in the space next to it.
